Only products that can be found on the website are available for purchase through the online store. Contact information for other sales outlets is provided at the bottom of each product description. You agree, understand, and accept that Vasudha Udyog is an online store and a venue allowing you to purchase any product listed on the website at the price indicated on each product’s details page.

Order Treaty:
Any and all orders entered into your account are binding agreements between you and us. You must act within one (1) business day after such notification to avoid cancellation of your order. Orders may not be canceled once we have begun processing them; however, if you wish to cancel your order before shipping it must be done so before the item leaves our warehouse.
The customer must provide photo identification (driver’s license, state I.D., passport) and credit card on file before an order is shipped. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Conditions of Sale in any way. We retain the right to refuse service under certain circumstances including but not limited to abuse, harassment, threats, or actions deemed dangerous to others.
Credit Card Details:
You agree, understand, and acknowledge that the credit card details submitted by you during availing of our services will be correct and accurate. You further agree and accept that we reserve the right to share your credit card details (name, number, expiry date) with any of our trusted partners who may require such information about the provision of goods and/or services to you.
